A licensed 24x7 facility for blood & blood components. The blood bank of National Heart Institute has been functional since 1996. We collect, test, store, process and issue blood to patients. There are more than 2500 donors per year giving blood to the NHI blood bank. The Blood Bank is inspected and audited for its products by the DA (Drug Administration) from time to time.
